Terminal 2 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Use Terminal 2 as your shortcut to the right gates, nearby food, and the next airport page you need. Most listed options appear after security, which is useful once you clear the checkpoint.

About Terminal 2

Terminal 2 shares a consolidated checkpoint with Terminal 3, cleared on Terminal 3's level 3, and a passenger screened there can walk airside straight into either building without a second checkpoint. Delta Air Lines is the largest tenant, alongside Aeromexico, WestJet and Virgin Atlantic; Spirit Airlines relocated its LAX gates here after Terminal 5 shut down for reconstruction in October 2025. Terminal 2's own footprint is mostly check-in and ticketing, with its gate concourse functioning as an extension of the shared 2/3 complex rather than a standalone building. That shared checkpoint means queue length here depends as much on Terminal 3's departure bank as on Terminal 2's own.
