Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – Gate 50B is closed.
It shut with Terminal 5 at LAX, which stopped handling passengers on 28 October 2025 and has since been demolished. Nothing on this page is bookable, and the hours and phone number it used to carry have been removed rather than left to mislead.

Finding it
Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – Gate 50B was in Departures in Terminal 5 at Los Angeles International Airport. It was airside, past the security checkpoint.
About this location
This Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf sat on the departures side of Terminal 5, near Gate 50B, before the terminal shut for good on 28 October 2025, at the end of a week-long wind-down, for demolition and a rebuild not expected to finish until 2028. Unlike the sister stand in Terminal 5's arrivals hall, this one served the pre-flight side of the building, but both are equally unreachable now that the terminal itself is gone. The carriers that used to fly from those departure gates, JetBlue, American and Spirit, relocated to Terminal 1, Terminal 4 and Terminal 2 respectively, and none kept a Coffee Bean counter at their new gates as a continuation of this one. There is nothing at the old Gate 50B to walk to now.
