One of the most trusted names in news, this convenient newsstand supplies travelers with the last-minute flight necessities, including an assortment of news outlets, magazines, snacks and drinks, in an innovative floating retail space.

Finding it

CNBC is in North Concourse in Terminal B at Los Angeles International Airport. It is airside, past the security checkpoint, so allow for the queue before you count on it.

Terminal B has 20 places to eat and 26 shops in this directory; the earliest opens at 12am.

Hours against the security queue

Across the week, LAX security runs longest around 12pm at a median of 20 minutes, and lightest around 1am at 2 minutes.

Queue figures are medians from FlyIndex's LAX wait-time record, not a live reading.

About this location

North Concourse in Terminal B puts this newsstand between America! and RELAY, with LA Essentials a few doors down for anyone who needs sunscreen instead of a market update. It opens at 6am, ahead of most of the concourse's food counters, and runs until 12:30am, which covers the last arrivals as well as the early departure bank. LAX has a second CNBC-branded shop, the CNBC Smartshop at Terminal 2, but that one is a different retail format with its own layout and stock; this is the only plain CNBC newsstand in Terminal B. Travelers connecting through the North Concourse won't find another financial-news outlet on this side of the building.

Other options in Terminal B

All past the same checkpoint, so you can reach them without clearing security again.
